At Earthroot Botanicals, an herbal consultation is an opportunity to sit down in a relaxed and supportive environment and have an in-depth conversation about your health concerns. Herbalism is a holistic practice and during the consultation we’ll discuss much more than just the herbs themselves. We’ll explore food as natural cell food to nourish the body to bring balance, as well as what main other factors play into healing correctly. We’ll talk about what shifts you should make to induce more healing and wellness as well as giving you a guideline you can use as you further embark on your health journey.

What to Expect

Initial Consultation
During your first appointment, our experienced herbalists will conduct a thorough evaluation of your health history, current health concerns, and overall lifestyle. This 90-minute session allows us to understand your unique needs and formulate a comprehensive wellness plan, including custom herbal blends. You will receive your own personalized herbal formula (often a tea, capsule, and/or flower essence), an in-depth write-up of your recommendations (herbs, lifestyle, and supplement suggestions, as well as nutritional guidance), and ongoing email support.

Follow-Up Sessions
A follow-up visit 4-6 weeks after the initial consult is strongly recommended, and we advise that we work together on your health over a period of 3-6 months for optimal results. Follow-up consultations generally last for 60 minutes. These sessions are crucial for monitoring your progress, making adjustments to your wellness plan, and reinforcing guidance on diet and lifestyle changes.

Fees

• Initial Consultation (1.5 hours): $125
• Follow-Up Sessions (1 hour): $75

We reserve 4 spots per month for low-income folks at a reduced rate. Please email for details. If we haven’t worked together in over a year, please book an initial consult.

Booking Your Consultation

1. Schedule an Appointment: Visit our booking page to select a date and time that works for you. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle.
2. Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Clients who do not cancel within the 24-hour timeframe are responsible for full payment of the appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
